Happy New Year –
We thought we would start the new year by providing you with a little ‘behind the scenes’ information about our ongoing training, development and improvements.
At Windlesham we pride ourselves on our person centred approach, and have invested in online software that allows us to do just that. All individual care plans are now electronic and can be accessed and added to with ease by all staff members. It is safer, clearer and efficient, allowing us more time to focus on our residents.
We maintain our highly qualified staff skills by continued development. This month alone we have a fire drill workshop, dignity workshop & reminiscence training.
